Syslinux - Apr 2003 - SYSLINUX 2.03-pre1

I have released a SYSLINUX 2.03-pre1 which I'm hoping will fix the
following problems some people have reported, both in PXELINUX:

a) 2.00-pre15 works, but no later version;
b) localboot doesn't work.

If you have either of these problem, please test this release.
