Syslinux - Oct 2002 - SYSLINUX 2.00-pre11 released

Hi everyone,

I was able to reproduce, locate and fix the ISOLINUX bug with ramdisks
over 128 MB.  This version fixes it.  Again, please pretty please give
me test reports...
