Swfdec - Nov 2008 - [PATCH] remember to set to zero pulse audio frags

hi,

this patch simply set to 0 memory allocated for pa fragments. This brings 
silence when we are not decoding audio, see youtube.com h264/aac videos. I 
think it should be backported to 0.8.
