The only way to do this is to publish from Flash Player and record on Flash Media Server. There is no tooling support. Are there any authoring tools available to construct such files? It seems that Adobe CS5 and the open source Flex project are not able to include these types of files; they either fail, or convert the Speex audio to another type before inclusion.
