While checking the speex page for the plugin for winamp ( http://www.speex.org/software/ ) I found that the site listed is no longer available ( http://www.saunalahti.fi/~cse/html/other.html ). However after googling around for a while, I did manage to find the source, and rebuild it.. I've also modified it to support streaming, and I've put up all the source changes, and a binary on sourceforge https://sourceforge.net/projects/inspeex/ So far it does what I need, and seems to work.. I guess the next step is to update the speex library that it's built on, but one step at a time.. I don't know if anyone is interested in this kind of thing, but I thought I'd let the list know.
