[Speex-dev] Simple example of decoding streaming audio realtime?

Different engineers have different skill levels, so what. If someone asks for some help with the reference implementation the least we can do is point them in a useful direction. If that's towards some simpler code, I hope it's useful. If it ends up being towards more general programming resources then so be it. Mocking people doesn't really help anyone. cheers, Conrad.

If someone asks for some helpIf that's all the OP had asked for, I would not have made my comment. It was the additional request to "whip something together" that got my goat - as if we all exist to donate our experience and hard work to this person. No apologies: an uncivil request deserves a scathing response. -- Randy Yates % "Remember the good old 1980's, when Digital Signal Labs % things were so uncomplicated?" mailto://yates at ieee.org % 'Ticket To The Moon' digitalsignallabs.com % *Time*, Electric Light Orchestra

Randy,> it was the additional request to "whip something together" that got my goatNobody has your goat. Rest assured your goat will remain sure-footed in its original pasture, bleeting with glee. My ask was, as Conrad put it, where I could find a simple example. In the event there was no simple example then my subsequent ask was could someone whip up a simple example. At no time did I ask for you to finish my work. I'm particularly interested in the audio sample delivery portion and if I could get an example that includes "/*your audio sample handling code goes here*/" then that would suffice. No apologies expected from anyone that openly flaunts their only unsecured goat, blatantly taunting others to apprehend the animal.
