Hi!
1) On www.speex.org there is a link to .src.rpm of speex 1.1.12,
but it doesn't exist on the server.
2) If I download the .tar.gz version and do "rpmbuil -tb"
on FC3 (and probably any later), it ends with error while packaging.
This patch to the .spec file fixes it:
