[Speex-dev] A question about jitter buffer implementation
Hi! I have looked at the new generic jitter buffer implementation and generally understand what and how it's doing its job. One thing that I'm not clear on is what the multiplications by .98 and .995 and additions of .02 and .005 actually do? Is that a particular statistical formula? Some kind of running average? Also, how the values .1 and .03 and .005 where selected? Thanks in advance, Alex -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
