Speex dev - Mar 2006 - Speex playback in the new Foobar 0.9

Hi all,

Now that version 0.9 of foobar2000 has gone final, will someone be 
updating the Speex plug-in to work with it?

A few formats previously supported via plug-in are now natively 
supported, but Speex is unfortunately not among these.
