Speex dev - Dec 2005 - Is there a complete fixed point code for SPEEX?

Hello sir, 
  
       I am a developer woking on SPEEX. I am trying  to write the code for
Fixed point processor. Is there any code already  written by someone for Fixed
point processor? Kindly reply me...Is  there a complete code of speex for fixed

It's under development, but it's already usable for most applications
(e.g. CBR narrowband is complete for most bit-rates).
