Where are the global pointers (speex_nb_mode and others) in the released
libspeex.dll 1.0.4 and 1.1.6??? The speex_mode_list array isn't exported
too.
I've heard something about a new function speex_mode_new to access the
SpeexModes.. it isn't in the dll too...
