functions pandit and treebase in the package apTreeshape
Hello. I'm trying to use the functions pandit and treebase. They are in the package apTreeshape. Once I've loaded the package, R responses: - no function pandit/treebase. Somebody knows why or what is the reason? Thanks, Arnau. ------------------------------------------------------------ Arnau Mir Torres Edifici A. Turmeda Campus UIB Ctra. [PATCH 0/2] virtio-net: close() to follow mirror of open()
Hi, This two small patches improves ndo_close() callback to follow the mirror sequence of ndo_open() callback. This improves the code auditing and also ensure that xdp rxq info is not unregistered while NAPI on RXQ is ongoing. Please review. Patch summary: patch-1 ensures that xdp rq info is unregistered after rq napi is disabled patch-2 keeps the mirror sequence for close() be mirror of open()

Ordinal categorical data with GLM
Hello All: I am looking for you help. I am trying to replicate the results of an example found in Alan Agresti's "Categorical Data Analysis" on pages 267-269. The example is one of a 2 x 2 cross-classification table of ordinal counts: job satisfaction and income. I am able to get Agresti's results for the independence model (G^2 = 12.03 with df = 9) assuming as he does that

[PATCH 1/3] virtio_pci_modern: Remove unnecessary num zero check
is_power_of_2() already performs the zero check. Hence avoid duplicate check. While at it, move the query of size check also adjacent to where its used for the disabled vq. [PATCH v2 1/3] virtio_ring: Allow non power of 2 sizes for packed virtqueue
According to the Virtio Specification, the Queue Size parameter of a virtqueue corresponds to the maximum number of descriptors in that queue, and it does not have to be a power of 2 for packed virtqueues. However, the virtio_pci_modern driver enforced a power of 2 check for virtqueue sizes, which is unnecessary and restrictive for packed virtuqueue. Split virtqueue still needs to check the

[PATCH net v3] virtio_net: Fix error unwinding of XDP initialization
When initializing XDP in virtnet_open(), some rq xdp initialization may hit an error causing net device open failed. However, previous rqs have already initialized XDP and enabled NAPI, which is not the expected behavior. Need to roll back the previous rq initialization to avoid leaks in error unwinding of init code. Also extract a helper function of disable queue pairs, and use newly introduced

I'm sure that I overlook something and feel quite stupid to ask, but I have not found an easy solution to the following problem: Take e.g. the Orthodont data from the nlme package: > head(Orthodont) Grouped Data: distance ~ age | Subject distance age Subject Sex 1 26.0 8 M01 Male 2 25.0 10 M01 Male 3 29.0 12 M01 Male 4 31.0 14 M01 Male

Calculating Goodman-Kurskal's gamma using delta method
Dear list, I have a problem on calculating the standard error of Goodman-Kurskal's gamma using delta method. I exactly follow the method and forumla described in Problem 3.27 of Alan Agresti's Categorical Data Analysis (2nd edition). The data I used is also from the job satisfaction vs. income example from that book. job <- matrix(c(1, 3, 10, 6, 2, 3, 10, 7, 1, 6, 14, 12, 0, 1, 9,

[PATCH 1/2] virtio-net: Keep stop() to follow mirror sequence of open()
Cited commit in fixes tag frees rxq xdp info while RQ NAPI is still enabled and packet processing may be ongoing. Follow the mirror sequence of open() in the stop() callback. This ensures that when rxq info is unregistered, no rx packet processing is ongoing. Fixes: 754b8a21a96d ("virtio_net: setup xdp_rxq_info") Signed-off-by: Parav Pandit <parav at nvidia.com> ---
