Adjust lattice graph axis label on final page
Dear R-users, I was wondering if there was a way to adjust the placement of the axis titles for the last page of a multi-page lattice plot (see example below). Depending on the total number of panels, the placement of these titles might look strange on the last page, if the layout is not adjusted (e.g. in some template code). What is the way to add an arbitrary fit from a model to a lattice conditioning plot ? For example xyplot(v1 ~v2 | v3,data=mydata, panel=function(...){ panel.xyplot(...) panel.loess(...,col.line="red") } ) Will add a loess smoother. Instead, I want to put a fit from lm (but not a simple straight line) and the fit has to be done for each panel
