[LLVMdev] Node definitions, Pseudo ops and lowering SELECT/COND_BRANCH to branch instructions
Hello,
Im back trying to finish my backend to a simple RISC cpu SABRE now
that most of the tedious process of examining undergraduate students
is out of the way. I have managed to describe the registers and the
instructions in the architecture and have added support for 32 bit
immediates (thanks to Christopher Lamb) as the instruction set only
supports 17 bit immediates directly.

HTB
Hi, I have the following questions:
I only have one htb computer (2 nics) to shape the international traffic
as well as the metropolitan traffic (i have a list of metropolitan ip''s to
use). Can this be achived using iptables with packet marking (on that htb
computer the 2 nics are bridged)?
If it can will there be delays introduced by the shaping operation (the

oggdropXPd quality selection problems
To those who have reported having a problem selecting real number quality
settings, could you kindly test the new compile you can d/l from:
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/jfe1205/testXPd.ZIP and report whether this
resolves the problem.
No major changes, but I regularised a number of type casting discrepancies
that could have been causing a problem.
I'm sorry to have to ask for help on this

can I use tos and fwmark at the same time?
Hello lartc maintainers and users!
I have a router with two NICs. One NIC is connected to the Internet and the other to my internal LAN. I made a script for priorizing interactive traffic. The script matches TOS Minimize-Delay for priorizing interactive trafic, and fwmark for metropolitan packets.
I have two root classes (simulating two circuits) : 1:1 for internet and 1:3 for metropolitan.

[LLVMdev] Writing a backend basic information
Hello,
Ive started writing a backend to a simple 32bit RISC processor core with
the goal of undertaking some flexible instruction processor core research
on FPGAs and also to use it for teaching computer architecture.
I have a requirement to generate instructions like below, where the (17bit)
immediate value is (preferably) omitted if it has a zero value.

[LLVMdev] Node definitions, Pseudo ops and lowering SELECT/COND_BRANCH to branch instructions
Howdy,
<---stuff deleted ----->
Basically the architecture I want to compile to (SABRE) RISC does
not support a conditional branch or a select instruction. It supports
explicit branches of the form.
blt %a, %b, imm // branch on less than iff %a < %b then pc = pc + imm
So there are various branch instructions like .... ble, beq, bne,
blt, bltu and bleu (unsigned)
Im just

username and password can't be verified
Good day Folks,
I am trying to setup a mail server based on dovecot(with imap and pop3)
and postfix as a smtp on debian jessie/sid.
The login its system user.
After I have tried to configure the client (Icedove), this last can find
the imap, pop3 and smtp servers; but the can't be verified.
Please see below my dovecot, postfix configurations and log details.

R equiv to proc gremove in maps package
Is there an R equivalent to SAS's proc gremove? You would use this procedure to combine the units on an existing map, for example to build a map of Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) from the [US] counties dataset where the internal boundries surround the MSAs (which are groups of counties) rather than the individual counties. I can imagine the mechanism would be to find and erase the

HTB problem
Hello,
I''m having some problems using HTB to prioritize traffic on my linux router.
The main problem is as follows:
I have a 6Mbits channel on the metropolitan network and a 64kbps link
for the sites outside my country.
These 64kbps are dynamically allocated by my ISP so I usually get
something like 128kbps , sometimes 512kbps and even 1 Mbit; it varies
all the time.
Because of this

RuleFit & quantreg: partial dependence plots; showing an effect
Dear List,
I would greatly appreciate help on the following matter:
The RuleFit program of Professor Friedman uses partial dependence plots
to explore the effect of an explanatory variable on the response
variable, after accounting for the average effects of the other
variables. The plot method [plot(summary(rq(y ~ x1 + x2,
t=seq(.1,.9,.05))))] of Professor Koenker's quantreg program

Graphical option to update.packages in development version (build of the 2011-07-31 r56569) for Windows not working properly
Dear R-core/development-team,
The problem noted in the subject-line has been a problem in the last three
development versions of R for Windows that I have downloaded and tested, the
most recent of them being a version I downloaded this morning.
Update.packages() using the graphical option, i.e. called as
update.packages(ask='graphics', checkBuilt=TRUE)
does not work as it should, but

how to get row name using the which function
Dear All,
Probably a very basic question, but can't seem to work my way around it.
I want to which row has the maximum value. But what if the row names do not correspond with the row numbers. In the example below, you'll see that the max of example is row 4, but the name of row 4 is "9". How do I get R to return "9" as value, instead of 4.

Using a constant scale across X-Y plots
I am working off an example from Deepayan Sarkar's
Lattice:Multivariate Data Visualiization with R. I am trying to create
Figure 5.6, essentially, but I would like to be able depict different
metro areas. These of course have different lat/longs, so I need to
make different graphs. BUT (and this has been the tricky part), I
would like to produce graphics for each metropolitan

Hello!
I have an internet connection of 64kbps garanteed in a channel of 256kbps. On this connection the metropolitan speed is 10Mbps and in the provider''s network the speed is 100Mbps.
I have a few clients behind my linux box and i want to set up some limitations because some of them are using it irrational.
I am marking the packets with 0 for internet; 1 for metropolitan 2 for

[LLVMdev] Backend: 2 address + 17bit immediate
Hello,
Im (trying) to write a backend for a simple 32bit processor architecture,
with a single instruction format having no condition code registers.
www.docm.mmu.ac.uk/STAFF/A.Nisbet/Sabre.pdf is the short 15 page document
describing the architecture of Sabre. It is a Celoxica developed
research/teaching processor, pages 5-8 contain relevant information for
targetting it from a new compiler

Question regarding HTB
Ok,
So I am from Romania where we have this tiny problem. The IP clases are split in 2: metropolitan and extern (worldwide). We have 2 types of guaranteed band: metro and extern. Now.. the link comes into my gw. I have an IP which my ISP gave it to me which is eth0. I have 2 other PI clasess 194.126.178.0/23. What I want to do is this: make a HTB script which can limit the bandwidth on each PI
