[LLVMdev] problem trying to write an LLVM register-allocation pass
I have a new problem: Register RBP is used in a function foo. (I am not allocating RBP to any virtual register, the instances of RBP in function foo are in the machine code when my register allocator starts.) Function foo calls function bar. Register RBP is not saved across the call, though it is live after the call. Function bar includes a virtual register. The code that I'm using to

[LLVMdev] [llvm-commits] [PATCH] Refactoring the DFA generator
Ivan, Thanks for working on the patch. It looks good to me except for the removal of the Transition class: > (1) Should I completely remove Transition and create a map structure in State (input, state) to replace them? Yes, please remove the Transition class and create a map structure in State instead of TransitionSet. Thanks -Anshu On 8/25/2012 6:42 AM, Ivan Llopard wrote: > Hi

Hi, Got two questions. 1. If I'd added a machine to my domain (using samba as pdc) with the followig commands: /usr/sbin/useradd -g machines -c XPMachine -d /dev/null -s /bin/false $1$ /usr/bin/smbpasswd -a -m $1$ How should I then remove one of them if made a mistake osv? 2. How can I change the adminpassword for PDC? /Jens THX

R, maps, choropleth, data keys
I have four files that map populations to appropriate keys: statepop.csv, countypop.csv, zip3.csv, and zip5.csv. I'm using the TIGER/Lines shape files: tl_2009_12_state, tl_2009_12_county tl_2009_12_zcta3, and  tl_2009_12_zcta5. I have carefully followed a number of tutorials and can reproduce those, and can also produce scatter and bubble plots of my data (using long and lat coordinates to

Help in Compliling user -defined functions in Rpart
I have been trying to write my own user defined function in Rpart.I imitated the anova splitting rule which is given as an example. In the work I am doing ,I am calculating the concentration index(ci) ,which is in between -1 and +1.So my deviance is given by abs(ci)*(1-abs(ci)).Now when I run rpart incorporating this user defined function i get the following error message: Error in

Variable selection in R
Disclaimer : Short of having local statistical expertise at hand, I'm using this list because I use R for variable selection in the context of linear multiple regression but the questions I have relate more to basic statistics than to R per se. Please redirect me to another appropriate list if such a list exists. I have the very common problem of identifying which (subset of) variables are
