MFA variables graph, filtered by separate.analyses
Hi!
Apologies if this is not the correct place to ask. I am attempting a
MFA analysis of a dataset based on wine chemical and sensory analysis,
based on the STHDA tutorial [1]. (I am using this dataset here too, as
an example dataset to work on without posting my actual data. I've
tried this with both my data and the example data, with the exact same
results.)
The only issue I am having is

Using JRI and Java 1.6 on MAC OS X
Dear R-Help,
I am trying to get JRI (the rJava interface allowing Java to connect
to R) to work. I was able to run it a week ago when I was doing some
testing using Java 1.5. However, I am developing a GUI application
using some of the new Java 1.6 features and I just can't get JRI to
work with this setup.
Here is what I get:
Cannot find JRI native library!
Please make sure that the JRI

FactoMineR
Hola.
Como te dijo Carlos, el problema está en los nombres de las columnas y en
los nombres de las filas. Cuando hice la importación (con
dd<-read.csv('mortality.csv'), tuve problemas con las filas de nombre:
- Malignant tumour of the larynx trachea bronchus and lungs
- Malignant tumour of the lip pharynx and mouth
- Other endocrinological metabolic and nutritional conditions

Estimados
Adjunto
tabla original
Saludos cordiales

pst: timeout mfa=0x00327b90 cmd=WRITE
I installed a Promise SuperTrak SX6000 ATA RAID controller on 4.8-RELEASE.
The following message is logged when the device is under load (equivalent of make release):
pst: timeout mfa=0x00327b90 cmd=WRITE
Should I be concerned?
Does the I/O fail and the driver simply not report the failure to the application?

Matrix column name
Dear R users,
Having searched the mail archive I think the conclusion was that it is
not possible to have a column name when there is only one column in the
matrix. But I thought I'd check with the more experienced users.
What I tried to do was: in a loop I pick a column, record the column
name and remove the column from the matrix. But when there were 2
columns left, after one column was

could not import module ELFCLASS32
Sorry if this is the wrong list, but doing a code checkout via Mercurial
produces the following:
#hg clone http://xenbits.xensource.com/xen-3.2-testing.hg
destination directory: xen-3.2-testing.hg
requesting all changes
adding changesets
abort: could not import module ELFCLASS32!
transaction abort!
rollback completed
Is there a workaround for this right now?

modified FAST Script from package SensoMineR for the R community - Reg
###Dear R users
###I have been using SensoMineR package from CRAN for most of my work in
sensory data analysis and from my usage experience, I encountered some
areas for improvement and considered ###modifying the function in
SensoMineR package for my personal use. I felt that it could be useful to
share this to the community for enabling adoption by other users where
they might require a

New PAMServiceName option in 9.8
Any chance PAMServiceName could be added as a Match option? It would be
great to have a different PAM config (MFA, etc.) based on source address.

MFA variables graph, filtered by separate.analyses
Hi Gavin,
I can't work through this right now, but I would start by looking at
the 'hetcor' package to get the correlations, or if they are already
in the return object, build a plot from these.
