similar to: data manipulation for plotting

Hi, I have a table of x rows and y columns. The table is huge and so i'd like to create a subset of the data containing rows where any of the y values are below a threshold, say 1e-4. Is there a simple way of doing this in R? thanks Rich

Hi, i'm having trouble with my x and y axis. The commands i'm using are below. The problem is that the y axis starts at coordinate 0,1 and the x axis starts at coordinate 0,0. As far as I know the y axis can't start at 0 (because it's log scaled) ,so I would like to position the x axis at 0,1 but don't know how to do this. Could anyone advise? Thanks Rich
