Automated Binning for building predictive models
Hello, Currently I am using R for building a logistic model using numerical and nominal data as predictors. Before doing the regression, the predictors are grouped. The groups I determine manually by trying to maximize the information value (which is an indicator for the discriminatory power of the variable) under the condition that enough data are within each group (approx. 5%). Is there a

prio qdisc broken?
Hello all, I might make a fool out of me, but I think the prio qdisc doesn''t work as advertised in any document I could lay my hands on. The following tests and observations were made with Linux kernel 2.6.20.21. This makes it up-to-date in the 2.6.20.x kernel family. My problem was that the link quality reported by the olsr.org olsrd degraded depending on the amount of payload

As far as I understand it, it can also split in the interior of basic blocks, because of pre-colored registers, otherwise it would not be

Wir nutzen File- und Printservices. Das ist alles. Die Anzahl der User tendiert gegen 150. Wir sind an zwei Standorten, aber ?ber VPN

Is there any convenient way in R to produce a contingency table which shows how often a special song type was sang after a special other songtype? Or within a determined frame of e.g. 10 consecutively produced songs? Example: Nr Songtype 1

Is multiple regression perhaps more related to GLM and multivariate Regression rather applied, if there are no explizit numeric factor levels ? Thanks for elucidations on that topic. Many

net setlocalsid for doimain doesn't work as wanted
