Core dump starting smbd
Apparently the group didn't like my "fancy" e-mail format. Here's another try: I tried installing samba 2.2.12 on SCO Openserver 5.0.6 today. Installation went fairly smoothly, but I have the following problems: 1) Smbd fails with a core dump. 2) Testparm fails with the message : Insufficient or invalid memory Error loading services. 3) When I access the swat webpage, all

Question about setting field values for a belongs_to model
I have two tables, applicants, and skills where each applicant "has_many" skills, and each skill "belongs_to" an applicant. When I have a reference to an applicant and a (skill) id for one of their skills, I thought to update their skills by using @applicant.skills.find(id_of_skill).description = ''new description'' # even adding

Call Center: scripting for call routing, reporting, login and logout, CTI
Hi All; I would like to use Asterisk for a call center, but really does not know if Asterisk support the following in a good way: 1) Ability to do an inteligent routing, so to route the call to the proper skill group based on the caller information? 2) If I can create skill groups and then the agent will login to this skill group. 3) What about reporting to check the call center performance?

Each player has five skills: intelligence, creativity, strength, charisma and technological. I want the player to have a rank for each skill. The ranking I have in place right now gives the same rank if two players have the same amount of skill. SELECT COUNT(*) AS [rank] FROM

[OT][Practices] The Case for RBAC/MAC

The value of your presentation rises or falls with your skill at presentation. 2: My embedded headless linux targets live in isolated networks, even relative to other computer or network equipment at the target site. At times, the nearest land is 2 miles straight down (ocean floor). 3: These targets are also without

Skill based routing
We are trying to implement skill based routing for agents in a support centre based on the agent login. Has anyone had any experience with this and what was the outcome? Can anyone share their ideas on this? Rupert -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Clarification of ratings...
I was browsing apps and looking for games that run in Wine as Gold or better. The issue is that I see many apps listed as gold that require recompiling Wine with patches to get them to work. From my understanding, any application that requires code changes should be listed as garbage and tied to a patch/bug to be able to operate. That and any application that ranks higher should run under a

ACD functionality , Skills for agents
Hi all, I have a question regarding ACD for queues. What happens when I have 2 or more queues with same weight and each queue has a call in? How will it decide which call will be routed to the next available agent? Will it take the call with the longest waiting time in queue? If not how would I do this? Also can someone point me to resources for making a single queue with customer calls
