R endnote entry
I know citation() gives the R citation to be used in publications. Has anyone put this into endnote nicely? I'm not very experienced with endnote, and the way I have it at the momeny the 'R Development Core Team' becomes R. D. C. T. etc. Cheers.

[PATCH] Translate asm version of ELFNOTE macro into preprocessor macro
Hi, I've come across some problems with the assembly version of the ELFNOTE macro currently in -mm. (in x86-put-note-sections-into-a-pt_note-segment-in-vmlinux.patch) The first is that older gas does not support :varargs in .macro definitions (in my testing 2.17 does while 2.15 does not, I don't know when it became supported). The Changes file says binutils >= 2.12 so I think we need

Re: The perils of GMAX
UBUNTU 10.10 AMD64 Latest updates with recompile wine 3.1.7 after an ia32.lib upgrade. Returning to looking at GMAX. As things stand now, when you try to open the materials navigator the program posts an error, allows you to do a save, and quits.

Re: The perils of GMAX
The bottom bar is my cast bar, middle is target, and top is focus. Focus cast bar is very important, as I need to (WOW Gold (http://www.storeingame.com/))see heals to Spell Lock on my warlock. I have this same configuration for all my cast bars on all my characters, although I'm thinking about switching the positions up and making my cast bar exceptionally small. By the way, if you want to Buy

Perils of R_LIBRARY_PATH
The R front end sets (via etc/ldpath) R_LIBRARY_PATH, including R_JAVA_LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Perhaps the later is too obliging, as I've just be caught by it in a way that took me a while to track down. One of my machines has a Sun jdk1.6.0* JDK installed, and as a result we have ${R_JAVA_LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${JAVA_HOME}/lib/amd64/server:${JAVA_HOME}/lib/amd64: ${JAVA_HOME}/../lib/amd64} What I

Problems running Endnote X1
Hello All, I'm running hardy heron and wine 0.9.60. Endnote X1 installed from the cd with no problem but I have never been able to run it. Oddly I can run everything else (it has another .exe for updates). As per the AppDB listing I've tried running it using different winvers but still no luck. In web searching this error I found a comment on a different forum indicating others with this

The perils of GMAX
gmax won't start up after the initial time. The messages I am getting indicate that it has become case sensitive with respect to names. The installer put in a directory named 'stdplugs' but the program wanted it to be 'StdPlugs'. So I renamed it. It still says these libraries fail to initialize. I must be missing a windows module but I did put in the recommended winetricks

Key mapping problem (Endnote)
Dear fellow Wine users, It was to my recent delight that I found that EndNote 3 will work usably under Wine. However, it does seem to display a slightly odd problem when certain keys are pressed. In essence, the problem seems to be that certain keys, when pressed, generate two keystrokes. So for example, pressing RETURN moves down two lines, pressing BACKSPACE deletes two characters, pressing

[LLVMdev] [PATCH] ubsan: label messages as coming from ubsan
I've been working on adding UBSan support to CMake (so that errors found by it can be uploaded to CDash for viewing). One problem is that the message is very generic. The patch here addes 'UndefinedBehaviorSanitizer' to the message so that they may be detected more easily. If something else is wanted (such as the '===' lines from ASan or TSan to cope with things like printing

RCurl and Google Scholar's EndNote references
Hi! I've performed a Google Scholar Search using a query, let's say "Frank Harrell", and parsed the links to the EndNote references from the resulting HTML code. Now I'd like to download all the references automatically. For this, I have tried to use RCurl, but I can't seem to get it working: I always get error code "403 Forbidden" from the web server.

[text][index](url) syntax
Hi there! I wanted to drop a line on the markdown syntax used for links: When i reference to [some website][1] and want to do [the same reference][1] later ai can only do this in endnote style (or howeer it's called). What i would want to be able to do is to make [an inline reference to a website][2](http://anotherexample.com) and be able to reuse [that reference][2] just the same. What do

Whitespace, whitespace everywhere, but none for WINE
Dear All, Yesterday I installed WINE on my Debian GNU/Linux machine. I obtained the program packages from Andreas Schuldei's site, and the winesetuptk package from Ove Kaven's. Although my machine is dual boot, I am also trying out the "WINE without Windows" option, ie by creating a /c directory in the Linux partition. Little apps (Notepad, Minesweeper, calc, puTTY, etc.)

Puzzled about a new method for "[".
I recently tried to write a new method for "[", to be applied to data frames, so that the object returned would retain (all) attributes of the columns, including attributes that my code had created. I thrashed around for quite a while, and then got some help from Rui Barradas who showed me how to do it, in the following manner: `[.myclass` <- function(x, i, j, drop = if
