R Team, I was attempting to install Lindsey's rmutil.tgz and other non-CRAN packages using 'R INSTALL', for example 'R INSTALL rmutil.tgz' after downloading 'rmutil.tgz' from Lindsey's page (as linked from r-project.org page).
