Incoming Calls
Hi All,
I have the following scenario, it may already have been answered elsewhere,
but I cant find the solution.
I already have a PBX and would like to start implementing asterisk. I have
ordered a 4 port card from the asterisk store (2 port FXS and 2 port FXO)
and am waiting for it to arrive.
I do not want to plug my incoming lines into my FXO ports yet as not all the
desks have IP phones

Hello All,
I got my TDM04B card installed and configured.
Everything works fine I can receive calls and route to appropriate
extensions.
The only problem I am facing is Slowness.
When I dial the PSTN number which is connected to Zap 1-1 after two

to a specific extension. So all inbound call on that PSTN number

Jean-Luc,
Please keep the communications on the list, for the benefit of others, now and in the future, via the list archive. I am adding r-devel back here.
I can't speak to the rationale in some of these cases. As I noted, it may be (is likely) due to differing authors over time, and there may have been relevant use cases at the time that the code was written, resulting in the various

NT groups vs Unix Groups
Hello,
I'm not clear withs groups mapping between NT and Unix Groups.
Configuration :
PDC : NT4 box (PDC won't migrate to samba)
Samba 2.2.8a (UCLA binary) / AIX 5.2
Security = domain.
Some NT users and groups have more than 8 cars.
For the users, we have the "usermap" file, seems to work fine.
What is the solution for the groups ?
On the other hand, is the NT group membership

AIX 5.2 / ACL support

I am testing the ACL support on AIX, and I have some results I do not
understand.
Config : AIX 5.2, samba 3.0.2a, compiled with gcc 2.9
and --with-acl-support.
I create a share test :

path = /usr/tests/testpartage
read only = No
inherit permissions = Yes
inherit acls = YesOn Unix side, I put the ACLs :attributes:base permissions

I think median() behaves as designed: As long as the argument can be ordered, the "middle observation" makes sense, except when the middle falls between two categories, and you can't define and average of the two candidates for a median.
The "sick man" would seem to be var(). Notice that it is also inconsistent with cov():

write.csv
Hi all,
I am currently studying how to generalize the usage of R in my statistical institute and I encountered a problem that I cannot declare on bugzilla (cannot understand why). Sorry for trying this mailing list but I am really worried about the problem itself and the possible implications in using R in a professionnal data production context.
The issue about 'write.csv' is that it
