Poor volume on SPA-2100 due to asterisk?
I just bough a Sipura SPA-2100 to use with Asterisk. When I use the analog handset plugged into the SPA-2100, the person on the other end can hardly hear me. I check the SPA-2100 setup and their is no mic/spk gain control. Is this a problem with the SPA-2100 or with Asterisk? Any way for asterisk to compensate for the poor audio level (if the problem is the SPA-2100)? Thanks, Mike

Help with Samba4 running logon script
Hi! I am currently testing a Samba4 Alpha13 server with Windows Vista SPK2 and I am not able to run logon scripts. I am able to use both profiles and map Home folders without any problems. I do not see any DOS window opening with the script running and I have tested running this as both a user and administrator by hand by just clicking on the script .bat file which runs just fine. Therefore,

gam (mgcv) vs. multiple regression breakpoint analysis: inconsistencies?
Dear useRs, I have a question with respect to fitting a non-linearity using gam (mgcv package, version 1.7-16). In a study I'm currently conducting, I'd like to find out if there is a breakpoint after which the effect of Age of Acquisition (AOA) of the second language changes. I.e. if the slope of AOA before the breakpoint (at a certain AOA) is different from the slope past the

Fatal Samba bug? Why can't anyone answer this question?
Hi all, I ran into a problem with samba and immediately googles for answers. I found 30-odd references to places where this question has been asked before, but no answers. I asked it myself here and got no answer. Perhaps this is this a fatal bug in samba if no one knows how to fix it. Below is my original question: ----------------------------------------------------------------------

speex-1.2beta1 AEC garbles up audio unless compiled with --enable-fixed-point
Greetings everyone, I was about to compare AEC performance between 1.1.12 and 1.2beta1 when I noticed something. If I configure (and compile) speex-1.1.12 with ./configure --enable-shared=no --enable-static=yes it compiles and works as expected: I can run a mic and speaker signal through testecho, it runs in a reasonable amount of time (about 23 secs for 3 minutes of audio) and I get back

For starters, I want dovecot to work as an imap/imaps box and nothing else. So , I went ahead and created a "passwd" file with two users. One user being my name (spyros) and plaintext

I would like to calculate a function of a & b at each moment (t0), but using the rows
