Odd behaviour of R 2.00
Dear R users I have a data frame containing character and numeric variables, whose name is seishin. When I tried to assign NA to "" in the data frame, R, 2.00 showed an error message, such as > seishin[seishin==""]<-NA Error: NAs are not allowed in subscripted assignments This did not happen under R 1.9.0. How to generate mean anova value row in anova table, instead of individual value for each predictor
Hi All , Can anybody tell me if there's any way to get the summarized anova values.Now i will explain what i mean , when i say "*summarized*". fitting with lm
Dear All, I'm getting confused with the concept R uses to do regression using lm. I'm afmiliar with gnuplot and the build-in fit command, but couldn't get R's lm to work on my data. how to keep all zeros in 1st row (not NA)
Hi, let me correct my previous post ("zeros in double matrix rather than character matrix"). I have included entries from the .csv file that has 4 columns of 1000 columns and 101 rows. zeros in double matrix rather than character matrix
Hi, how are you? I have 1000 total columns with 100 rows and I have shown 4 columns of 100 rows below. I want the zeros to be read in as numerical or integer values rather than a character. Right now I have a 100x0 character matrix rather than a 100x1000 double matrix. What do I need to do to read in a .csv spreadsheet with counting the zeros as a numerical or integer value? Thank-you.
