I've been having problems with Rterm.exe not shutting down when I exit an R (1.7.0 and 1.7.1) session from within emacs when using ESS. I've just upgraded to 5.1.24 and still have the same problems. I'm trying to create some trellis plots (like the last plot in the lattice demo). When I run the demo( "lattice" ), the demo runs just fine, but when I cut and paste some or all of the demo code into a r file of mine (and nothing else), I can't see anything on a device and it doesn't look like any of the demo is being run.
