Hi there, I'm using R1.0.1 Windows 98. This file contains some inputs and an aov function code. Can someone check it for me? Somehow I got completely different answer when typing them in R and in Splus. Hi to all R lovers, I am thinking of investigating and perhaps improve the anova "aov" function in R. However before I do so I just like to see if anyone knows whether R is capable of multiple comparison tests (eg "Standard Difference of the Means, SED", "Fisher's Least Significant Difference" ...etc)? We have to do the same with qxl, for the same reasons (it breaks DRI3). Drop the WARN_ON_ONCE().
