Dear all, do anybody know how to set ylim in barplot() correctly? When I write: > barplot(c(.1,.5,1.0)) the y-axis goes from 0.0 to 0.8. I am submitting the command: calcium<-read.table("calcium.txt",header=TRUE) and with Rw0630 and Bdr0631 I get an application error and R crashes. But the command works fine with rjune.
