Should the wiki have a Tips and Tricks page for creating a ISO file from a CD or DVD? I realize this information is everywhere. Including http://www.centos.org/docs/5/html/Installation_Guide-en-US/s1-steps-network-installs-ppc.html I don't, however, find it on the wiki... Is it within the scope of the wiki project to have it somewhere?

Is it possible to install directly from a DVD iso image downloaded to a USB external drive as a file on a FAT filesystem? That is, if I burn the boot.iso on a CD and boot it, is there any way to mount the USB drive and install from the DVD image file there (some target machines don't have a DVD drive). -- Les Mikesell lesmikesell at gmail.com

At first I thought it was the old Megaraid card (that's no longer supported), so I replaced that with a new card.
