Matching the comment in iommu_set_dom0_mapping(), map only actual RAM from the address range starting at 4G. The memory relating guest domain should be allocated from NUMA node on which the guest runs. Because the latency of the same NUMA node is faster than that of a different one. This patch fixes memory allocation for Address Translation Structure of VT-d. VT-d uses two types of Structures for DMA address translation. The one is Device Assignment Structure. With the x86 instruction emulator no pretty complete, I''d like to re-submit this patch to support cmpxchg16b on x86-64 and at once rename the underlying emulator callback function pointer (making clear that if implemented, it is to operate on two longs rather than two 32-bit values). At the same time it fixes an apparently wrong emulator context initialization in the shadow code.

This patch set adds basic supports for amd next generation iommu (IOMMUv2) hardware. IOMMUv2 supports various new features advertised by iommu extended feature register. It introduces guest level IO translation and supports state-of-the-art ATS/ATC devices with demand paging capability. Please refer to AMD IOMMU Architectural Specification [1] for more details.
