[PATCH RFC 0/8] xen/arm: initial cubieboard2 support.
See http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/xen/devel/297170 for some
information on how to get this going.
I''ve rebased and addressed the review comments.
As before several of the patches are not to be applied because they can
be done better using infrastructure from Julien''s "Allow Xen to boot
with a raw Device Tree" patch. They are included for completeness.

Serial Port Access Under Wine
I have asked this before, but has anyone successfully used serial
port /dev/ttyS0 under wine? I am trying to run a windows program for
controlling an amateur radio - a 'tentec pegasus'.
My linux is a debian derivative ... sidux ... and I have installed wine from
the sid repositories. The program runs ... and displays a radio dial which
looks correct. However, because I cannot

Will Xen support PCI add-on card for serial ports?
hi,
It looks that Xen currently only support ISA serial port, which is onboard.
Is there any plan to support the PCI serial port?
Thanks,
Neo

Problem: No Serial ports present
Hi,
I have wine without Windows instalation and would like to use my HP
Coolpix camera unload software.
After installation I allowed direct read/write to COM ports in
wine.conf, but the program complains there are no COM ports at all.
If I run wine --debugmsg +file +relay, I get something like wine works
with COM2 (COM1 is mouse) and missing wineoss.drv, MFC42LOC.DLL and
reg.dat.
How can I

COPILOT Glucose Meter COM problem
I am a 62 year old beginner in Ubuntu. Thanks for any help, guidance, suggestions on this problem!
I have used commands like the following to be certain that I have an active com port:
dmesg | grep ttyS
rm com1
ln -s /dev/ttyS0 com1
So I suspect the solution lies somewhere in WINE.
If all else fails I will get a USB to SERIAL converter cable and try that.

[UART] GPS 18-5Hz LVC and COM1 silence, OK on Linux though...
Hi,
I'm having issues connecting Garmin GPS 18 to COM1 on 9.1, I get
nothing but silence. Identical setup works absolutely fine with Linux.
I've got PPS wire connected to DCD, but that seems to make no
difference on Linux, so I presume it shouldn't affect fbsd either.
On Linux, I get:

On sysv platforms, gas defaults ''/'' to a comment character. Pass in the right
option to disable this behaviour, so Xen''s semantics of "divide" apply.

Dumping Xen dom0 kernel output to serial console
Hi-
I am having a weird problem with setting dom0 kernel output to the
serial console with Xen 3.0.4-1, below is my grub setting. With this setting
if I don''t enter the grub menu and have the default boot to the first image,
everything works fine and I can get output/input to the serial console. The
problem is when I enter the grub menu and select the image to boot from, if

Serial Console Not Connecting to Dom0 on Ubuntu Server 12 Running Xen 4.1.3
Xen-users,
I have what I think is a bug in the serial console interaction of Xen and Ubuntu. Essentially, the serial console appears to work just fine until it is passed off to dom 0 from Xen. Then it stops communicating with dom0, but still communicates with Xen, if I use the control-A escape sequence. Google will not show me anything related to this.
I have local RS-232 serial console working

CentOS7 - Serial Console and Flow Control
Hello List,
I'm ironing out details to upgrade a few systems to CentOS7.
My servers have BMC with Serial over LAN support. In C5 and C6, I
determined how to have BIOS/POST, kernel, and serial console access. I'm
reading up on the method to accomplish the pieces with C7.
Presently SoL output works, so I see BIOS/POST messages and the GRUB boot
list.

USB and serial
Hello, everyone -
I have an old Windows app - a ship navigation program - that needs to
see GPS input on a serial port (it was written in the pre-USB days.) My
laptop, however, has no serial ports - but this same program, when run
on a friend's Windows box, can read the GPS info from the USB-connected
GPS via the "USB-Serial Driver". This is one of the frustrating bits of
