grandstream ringtones - makering.pl usage for 1.0.50
If you wan't to create a ringtone with makering.pl for firmware 1.0.50, be sure to create it as ring.bin and then rename it to ring1.bin / ring2.bin or ring3.bin. This seems to be the only change between the format from 1.0.4.68. Regards, Maron

Black screen returning from console
Another problem I'm experiencing is that when I switch to the console and switch back to the desktop (vt7) it is all black, some colour remaining of the bottom panel exists for a couple of pixels along the bottom of the screen. My console is running frame buffer and gensplash. I've got compiz running with my ATI driver, and xorg 7.1.1 Is there a known bug between the frame buffer and Xgl?

NMI SERR interrupts in dom0
I have an Intel e1000e NIC which I put into passthrough for an HVM domain under Xen 4.2. All the corresponding hardware protections are enabled on my system (DMA + Interrupt remapping), however, once in a while I get a SERR NMI in dom0 (NMI - PCI sys error (SERR) in xl dmesg). I am wondering about its exact reason. I am thinking in the following way: [+] Under Intel VT-x, interrupts are

different uuids, but still "Attempt to migrate guest to same host" error
Background: ---------- I'm trying to debug a two-node pacemaker/corosync cluster where I want to be able to do live migration of KVM/qemu VMs. Storage is backed via dual-primary DRBD (yes, fencing is in place). When moving the VM between nodes via 'pcs resource move RES NODENAME', the live migration fails although pacemaker will shut down the VM and restart it on the other node.

Grandstream Ringtones on a per phone basis
I have just successfully got the TFTP file remapping to work such that I can have unique ringtone files for each and every extension. I added the following to my server_args line in the xinetd configuration for TFTP: -m /home/asterisk/grandstream/ringmap.cfg Now the entire line reads: server_args = -v -s /home/asterisk/grandstream -u asterisk -m /home/asterisk/grandstream/ringmap.cfg (There

how does hypervisor isolates DomU from Dom0
I am not clear with the working of hypervisor xen. How does an instruction executed by kernel in Ring0 of DomU gets mapped or executed by hypervisor and then is excuted in Dom0. Is this thing some where on the wiki page? -- Tapas _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

One way audio when the BT-100 is behind Firewall
Hi, When we use BudgeTone-100 in our Intranet together with our Asterisk IP PBX everything is working OK. When we try to use the phone behind the Firewall we can't do the connection. When I try to use STUN Server: 128.107.250.38 there is no result. The only way in which I have audio from the one direction (BT-100 to Asterisk) is when I leave blank STUN Server and specify the IP Address in

[LLVMdev] Testing a register allocator
Hi! I developed a register allocator within LLVM and now I need to test its efficiency. Can I do this using llvm-test package? Do llvm tests check all available regalloc options automatically? If not, then what modifications should I do to the test files? It would be great if I could test my algo along with linearscan and compare the results. Thanks. Tony. -- "Nae king! Nae quin! Nae

Can VMWare modules run alongside in XEN kernel?
I would like to have VMware modules running in the XEN kernel, NOT in DOM0 kernel but outside at the hypervisor level, is that possible? Architecturally, I noticed that xen subbranch does not implement any modules loading. If I were to load the VMware modules directly as an ELF image, will it break any existing architectural feature in XEN? Thanks :-).

Minor fix to multi-head changes for mixed resolutions
Hey, David, for me the recent multihead changes had minor a problem with mixed resolutions (1600x1200 & 1280x1024). The viewport was getting set partially off screen. The following tweak fixed it for me: --- plugins/display.c +++ plugins/display.c @@ -2069,7 +2069,7 @@ eventLoop (void) { if (s->nOutputDev > 1)

Hi, Can anybody with previous experience with it guide me on how to setup asterisk with analog e&m to connect it to an old style e&m system which uses 4 pair cables on RJ 45 jacks. All the analog cards I know of use RJ 11 jacks. And there is no choice of modernization of the customer equipment. Cable pin out are as follows: 1. M lead 2. E lead 3. Tip1 4. Ring 5. Tip 6. Ring1 7. BudgeTone hold?
I can't seem to make the "Hold" button function on the GS BudgeTone-100. I'm trying a procedure like this: 1) On a call 2) Press "Hold" button 3) Hang up phone What I expect is for the call to go on hold until I pick up the receiver again. (Like my SPA-2000's, except it's a flash, but I can hang up the phone and the call waits there for me to pick it up
