Vertical
Hi all.
I'm in the process of configuring a phone system for my family and friends.
I'm wondering if I should try to implement the "Vertical
Services" (http://www.nanpa.com/number_resource_info/vsc_assign) in the
Asterisk dialplan, or if I should delegate those functions to the various
ATA's.
For example, the Sipura SPA 2002 can handle*69 internally. On the other

Ordination of feature film data question
I am severely rusty re. multivariate / ordination analysis, having done my last work 40 years ago (in plant ecology).
I am interested in exploring applications of multivariate analytic approaches to data from the history of motion picture films.
I'd very much appreciate any pointers as to possibly appropriate proceedures.
The individual "samples" may be individual films and the

Building a System.
So, people have recommended building a system from scratch, start with a
CentOS base and installing asterisk and all of the other utilities.
I've only used Trixbox for my business system. I'm wondering what
surprises I'd run into. Right now, I know I'd need the OS, Asterisk,
something like FreePBX, I have a x100p card so I'd need Zaptel, does
that come with asterisk?

many useful packages available. Congratulations to all the developers & I
hope to be contributing some packages myself in the near future, once I have
got my head around what is required.
It will take me some time to convert
