Hey all, Just downloaded the new Xen 4.0 and ran Make xen Make tools Make stubdom Copied the new files from dist/install Im already running pv_ops 2.6.31.6 kernel. When I boot i get (XEN) Panic on CPU 0: (XEN) IO-APIC + timer doesn''t work! I have tried booting with noapic boot option but makes no difference. The system worked fine on 3.4.2 CPU is AMD.

Pasi, Thanks for putting that wiki page together for the dom0 kernels - it's something that has long been needed for pulling together information on those kernels. Hi guys, Having a weird issue with a Dom0. When we were running 2.6.18.8 kernel the server would lock up every 2 weeks for no reason. Its been a difficult one to resolve as there are no errors. We have now upgraded to 2.6.32.13 and the lock ups are more often. For example today it crashed in the morning, then it was rebooted and it crashed again about 5 hours later, no logs. The

Hi, I just want to know if somebody use 2.6.31.4 xenified kernel (aka OpenSUSE) in production? We have been testing it on new Nehalem Xeon server for few weeks w/o any problem. But as soon we tried it on production machine - after several production domUs started - hard OS failure. We had to switch back to 2.6.18.8 - xen stock kernel.
