Samba ver 2.2.2 - socket read - WinXP
Jan. 21, 2004
Dear All,
I have enjoyed some success with Samba version 2.2.2. I am using
it to serve Micro$ Access to end users. It works very well on a prior
version of Unix, with older Win2k clients. Now, with my current version,
and Win XP Pro, I have problems. Periodically, they get abruptly kicked out.
I get syslog errors which look like:
kforce-adm-# tail syslog

G''day
I''m just wondering if anybody knows of a way to get mongrel_upload_progress
working with nginx? I''ve had a fair bit of a look around but havn''t been
able to come up with anything, yet.

system which stores large oracle "dump files" over 4GB. We write to it via
NFS which is working great, the problem is when we issue a file
largefile.dmp from the linux box it fails on anything over 4GB stating that

Hello,
I have Samba 2.2.5 installed with winbind. on an HPUX 11 server. I am
using Domain security using a W2K PDC. I have successfully joined the
domain, and wbinfo commands (-t -u -g ) all come back with good data. The
problem is I can not get pwgetent to run. It always says not found. I have
the libnss_winbind.so libraries linked in /lib, and winbind in my
