I'm at my wits end here so hopefully someone can help me. Currently I have a Redhat 9.0 box running Samba 2.2.7 with openldap 2.0.27 as a PDC Domain logins work great with this setup. I can add, remove, modify computers and users all day long without a glitch. I do not store usernames in the local smbpasswd or passwd files. User information is stored in ou=Users,dc=mydomain,dc=com Group

Cannot ssh to VM01 remotely
I can ssh into the Xen box over my LAN from another machine and I am logged in as vm01. But when I try to ssh in from work I can''t. I configured my router and I still cannot ssh into vm01. I know the sshd daemon is running because I can ssh locally. What could it be preventing me to ssh to vm01 remotely?? Thanks. Kashif _______________________________________________

[LLVMdev] Linking clang.exe takes more than two hours?
Hi, I'm building using MINGW64 on a very slow system (Intel Atom 330 X2 1.6 GHz), but it seems rather odd that the system has been linking clang.exe for the past two hours. It appears that a couple of gigabytes of virtual memory are being used (causing constant swapping) - the system has only 2 GB of physical memory. Is this a bug in MINGW64 (binutils 2.22) or is it just too little RAM in

Dynamix 650 VA USB - broken, have rough fix
Like Glen Ogilvie, I got a newer Dynamix 650 VA with USB connection, and was having trouble getting NUT to communicate with it. This appears to be the UPS that megatec_usb was built for - Vendor: 0x0001, Product: 0x0000, uses Megatec's software, has USB chip attached to internal serial lines, and has terrible USB implementation with fake HID tables. But megatec_usb would consistently fail.

Need config.h
I'm not trying to build Wine on my system, only to extract enough files so I can define my own version of an edit control -- the one built into Windows does too much in one area and not enough in another, and subclassing doesn't solve the problem. I've identified the file I need (\dlls\user32\edit.c) and can find the associated include files, however I can't find

[LLVMdev] Linking times
Hi, Just a brief follow-up on my link time issue: It was caused by excessive trashing; I tried rebuilding on a box with 8 gigs of RAM and observed the memory load while linking clang.exe: It peaked at 5 gigabytes memory, so now I've written this piece of info into the LLVM/Windows document that I posted earlier (I have already made a substantial number of corrections in the document). All in

Reserved Memory release
I had temporarily started a VM, and it has allocated the memory for it. I have realised that after turning it down, the memory allocated to it, has remained reserved. Now, I need it for Dom0. So, how do I release the RAM that is reserved for VM, and make it available to Dom0? Is reboot the only option? _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list

X101P stopped working. Newbie seeks help
Hi I received the Asterisk Dev Kit Lite on Saturday and got a small PBX working fairly quickly using the config files supplied with the kit. This was on my desktop machine and the sound card stopped working. I turned the system off and moved the sound card to another slot to give it a different IRQ. On reboot, the modules zaptel, wcfxo, and wcusb all load OK and asterisk starts OK but there
