GPLPV causes "Iomem mapping not permitted ffffffffffffffff"
Hello, for two weeks I try to track down a problem where a Xen host with Windows domUs and GPLPV 0.11.0.213 suddenly hangs. During the two weeks I used a xenified kernel (2.6.31-r14) and the hang seemed to originate from the system (dom0) being unable to route interrupts anymore. Jul 6 18:27:57 virt kernel: aacraid: SCSI bus appears hung Jul 6 18:28:02 virt kernel: Calling adapter init

Error: failed to assign device...VT-d isn''t enabled properly(?)
Dear List, I need to make an Aladdin eToken Pro visible in a Linux guest HVM, but I cannot assign the device to any domU, while it''s being blocked by the dom0. To avoid this trouble I would like to pass the whole USB bus to the domU directly, via PCI passthrough. Now I use xen 3.3.0 from xensource and xen kernel from Ubuntu 8.04 2.6.24-19-xen, because the xensource xen kernel

I encountered same error when use Xen3.0.2(source file) on CentOS4.2, after I downgraded to Xen2.0.7(source file), this error disappeared. now, I am using Xen2.0.7 instead of 3.0.2, it works well.

Xen breaks aacraid
Hello, I''m using Xen 4.0.0 compiled from source with the 2.6.31.13 kernel that it pulls down on its own. I added support for the aacraid driver to the kernel using ''make menuconfig'' from the build-linux-2.6-pvops_x86_64 subdirectory, and then built and installed the whole thing using ''make install'' from the xen-4.0.0 directory. I compiled this

aacraid monitoring tool?
I've got myself an Adaptec 2200 HW RAID card to play for couple of days. Tha card uses aacraid device driver. Seems to work nicely, however just wandering if there's a tool (prefferably CLI) for CentOS that can read out RAID configuration data, status of individual drives, maybe even manage (create/delete) RAID devices? Thanks for any and all pointers.

AACRAID controller setup?
This isn't exactly a Centos question but maybe someone here can help: Does the AACRAID controller (as in an IBM 3550) store its config info on the drives or internally? I only have one of the boxes and want to load Centos 3.x on several drives which can be swapped into servers at another location. With SCSI, all that took was a full disk dd copy and a little fiddling with the HWADDR for the

Issues with aacraid
Hi there, I'm currently trying to install a server with Centos 4.3 x86_64. I have issues installing drivers from a Driver disk, I got a driver(2810SA) from the Adaptec site, I started it up with "linux dd" It reads the disk fine .... I can see the aacraid module in the list but as soon as I choose it. Then I get a screen saying "Do you wish to load more Driver Disks?" I

ext3 errors
Hello, I have a server running ext3. The server is a dell poweredge 2500 with a 100G raid 0 on a Perc3/Di raid card (aacraid driver). I've asked about this on the aacraid devel list, and no one had any solutions, and I'm not the only one having this problem, because another person on there replied with nearly the same error message as I am getting. Anyway, anywhere from once every few
