are Xen 3.1.0 kernels CVE-2007-4573 vulnerable
Does anyone know if the Xen 3.1.0 kernels as distributed in the "open source" tarballs (x86_64 version) are vulnerable to the recently-announced vulnerability CVE-2007-4573? IF so, is there any plan to release patched tarballs anytime soon? Thanks Steve Timm -- ------------------------------------------------------------------ Steven C. Where could we find patches for 2.6.22/23 to add Xen? How could I gete a

Please see the message below, the domU booting hangs up after "Continuing..." Does anyone have any clue for this issue? BTW, xen-friendly glibc is already installed. Thanks, Liang ---Begin of domU

Xen 3.0 and Hyperthreading an issue?
Just gave 3.0 a spin. Had been running 2.0.7 for the past 3 months or so without problems (aside from intermittent failure during live migration). Anyway, 3.0 seems to have an issue with my machine. It starts up the 4 domains that I''ve got defined (was running 6 user domains with 2.0.7, but two of those were running 2.4 kernels which I can''t seem to build with Xen 3.0 yet, and

Oracle java RPM
Hi Everyone, Years ago the recommended way to install Sun's java was to install from the tar.gz file because the RPM they supplied did some bad things (clobbered other files or something...can't remember the details). Is this still the case with Oracle's java RPM, or is it now safe to install? Ranbir -- Kanwar R.S. Sandhu
