Carrying model date from one page to the next
I am working on a crude first-go-round-in-rails shopping cart and
can''t figure out for the life of me the best way to do this. I have a
shopping cart that has one page during the checkout that handles the
address information, then the next handles the actual credit card
information. How do I take the information from the address form and
keep it alive long enough to put it in to

Re: [Serusers] NAT considerations...
You will also need your SIP clients that are behind the same NAT to
support ICE (Interactive Connectivty Establishment) if you want calls
between them. Xten Eyebeam and Snom phones are the only ones I'm
aware of that support it.

Rails Caching Tips
Hey everyone,
I wanted some advice on the best available options and practices on
Rails'' internal caching features. I don''t know much about the caching
in Rails and would like to learn as much about it as possible. Anyone
have any links to any guides or any thing of the sort?
I look forward to hear from you guys.
Thanks a lot!

AMD timing issues
I saw a couple of posts about this in the archive, but none seemed
specifically to address the problem I am having. If I missed something
please let me know. Right now I would classify myself as "novice," and
there is probably really nothing so trivial that I couldn't possibly
have screwed it up. :-)
I'm trying to use the AMD command to detect answering machines, and have

equipment, 1 for the users info, and 1 for the type of equipment.
I have all 3 databases working on a model test site using RoR. Where i
am having trouble is getting the databases to talk together. I can''t
find this answer anywhere else.

How to know what users i have added with smbpasswdprogram?
If you are not using a domain and have added the users directly with the
smbpasswd utility, you can just cat the smbpasswd file. Typically, it's
found in /usr/local/samba/private directory. If it's long, you might
want to use more (or less).

Network isolation for KVM guests (SOLVED)
This can be if one of these interfaces isn't a wireless nic. But I need to use a wireless nic and another phys nic.
At least, I have solved the problem using network namespaces. All works ok and expected now.
Many thanks to all for your help

OPUS/FLAC Metadata
Marvin,
That is the current version being used and it still has no meta data.
server_id Icecast 2.4.99.1
Testing the metadata from the admin page “Update Metadata” results in the response:
Message: Mountpoint will not accept URL updates
Return Code: 1
So I would guess it isn’t functioning yet.
