similar to: samba trouble with Vista

I have tried every possible configuration suggestion I have found on the net, but still can't get my windows PC's to see *nix shares (running Kubuntu 9.04 and Samba 3.3.2 with a Gadmin-Samba GUI 0.2.7) and Win2000 and WinXP.
