Hi all, I found that on some HP-UX 11 machines running openssh-2.3.0p1 the default values for intr in stty don't work. The problem is that stty shows the correct values but they don' work and I cannot det the values to others. Once I connect via telnet or rlogin I can use the intr-sequence. Any ideas? Just installed Rcmdr on a Linux box. When I exit from both Rcmdr and R together from the regular Rcmdr exit menu, it leaves my xterm with "stty -echo", so that nothing that is typed appears. Hi, I'm having issues connecting Garmin GPS 18 to COM1 on 9.1, I get nothing but silence. Identical setup works absolutely fine with Linux. I've got PPS wire connected to DCD, but that seems to make no difference on Linux, so I presume it shouldn't affect fbsd either. I built socalled software-depots for distributing the openssh-package and put the start command in the postinstall-script. The shell of this postinstall script has the bahavior that intr ^C won't work properly. So I did your trick with "/sbin/init.d/sshd stop/start" from a shell where ^C

I have an Access application that work with some shared database file. The file is ~ 3 Mb. Since I have a Linux system with Samba, this application work very slow. I am looking at options for VPN connections from iPhones and iPod Touches to CentOS systems. We use OpenVPN for connections with Windows, Mac OS X, and other Linux systems, but there don't appear to be any OpenVPN clients for iPhones (presumably because there are no tun/tap interfaces available yet).
