Hello, I am trying to make an RPM for Linux that provides a windows program (That runs as a service on win) with included wine. The role model for this is google picasa. Picasa doesn?t need Wine to be installed. Can anyone give me advice on how this has to be done?

I have been contributing to Wine for about five months, and was shocked to see a blatant advertisement for CrossOver, who take the hard work of those who have contributed their intellect for free and sell it for profit, on your home page. I then discovered through your own FAQ that most Wine developers are employed by CrossOver. Is this legal?

I posted this on Ubuntuforums but after reading a bit more it seems this is mostly used for gaming questions so I decided to come here.
