Tim, is this the issue you mentioned on 2014-02-02 with blocks 0x9 and 0x13? I'll reply to that email.

help w/ Powerware Prestige 9
Hi,
I've got a Powerware Prestige 9 1kVA UPS that seems to not be working with
nut. It's not in the current "supported hardware" list, but the old
bcmxcp page lists it as being a UPS that speaks that protocol.
I have the following in my ups.conf
[powerware]
driver = bcmxcp
port = /dev/ttyS0
desc = "Powerware Prestige 9 EXT"
baud_rate = 2400
And when I start the

Run the driver with -DDDDD and see what variables it picks up. I have
noted that with the Prestige 9 in bcmxcp, some variables are not
consistent within models, and had to do some gentle remapping to get
things to work correctly.

Eaton Powerware 5110 - some stats not reported
Hi all,
I've hooked up an Eaton Powerware 5110 to Ubuntu 13.10 server, and
configured nut appropriately. The cgi scripts are working fine, but on
upsstats.cgi, the Batter, UPS Temp and Battery Runtime fields are all
blank - and there are no entries for these values in the 'All data' tree.
I've checked the man page for bcmxcp_usb

Powerware (Eaton) Prestige 9 UPS
I noted some correspondence from several years back about supporting
this device with bcmxcp, and the problems therein. Since I have one of
these UPS units, still going strong, and the Eaton LanSafe stuff has
finally caused me enough grief to abandon it, I figured I'd take a look
at this.
The issue is not that bad - the bcmxcp driver query of the topology
block (2 bytes!) is returning

Re: [Nemo-devel] nuts status page
Adam: Thanks for putting up this page. But something is wrong. In
particular, our Powerware 9135 is a three phase UPS system with THREE 480
volt outputs. So the displayed voltage is not correct -- in fact there
should really be THREE voltages displayed, all around 480v.
Nut developers: I am copying the NUT mailing list to see if anyone can
suggest how to fix this. NUT developers, see the

Powerware Prestige 1000VA
Hi all,
I've more-or-less got NUT 2.0.4 working with my Powerware Prestige
1000VA UPS (serial), but unfortunately NUT is flagging LOW_BATTERY
continuously, which is a tad embarrassing when power fails ;-)
The numbers from upsc blah at localhost seem reasonable:
ambient.temperature: 24.5
battery.charge: 99
battery.runtime: 3999
battery.voltage: 69.2
driver.name: bcmxcp

Powerware 5119 = Exide NETUPS SE = Deltec name was PowerRite Pro II
Someone might want to add this to the docs - cable list and compatibility list
- took me way to long to find.
I was trying to find information on my UPS and came up with the following names
for the same UPS series.
Powerware 5119
Exide name was NetUPS SE
Deltec name was PowerRite Pro II
(1000VA-3000VA)
What I have:
The Exide NETUPS SE
model PRC2400a

Additional instcmds for the Powerware 5115
During the last month, I've been integrating a Powerware 5115 into an embedded system by writing a custom NUT daemon. This work has gone quite well and NUT has been very helpful, but it sure would be nice to have some additional instcmds for the 5115.
The bcmxcp driver comments mention "manuals for the BCM/XCP". I'm wondering if I could get a copy of those so that I might

bcmxcp: Patch for adding ups.load and battery.voltage.low
Hi
I have the following UPS :
ups.mfr: Eaton
ups.model: POWERWARE UPS 500i
ups.power.nominal: 500
It is using the bcmxcp_usb driver.
I started the driver with debug options, and noticed the following for
the meter map :
0.475625 0027 0000 51 output.frequency
0.475634 0028 0004 51 input.frequency

Hardware compatibiltiy list -- NetUPS
Hallo,
I own a NETUPS 450 (Model on the sticker: PRM 450i; upsstats reports
"UPS 450 VA FW -0024") which perfectly works with the upscode2 driver.
Maybe you want to add it to your list, even if the model is >10 years
old.
I suppose this is true for the whole series. According manual the come
in the 450VA, 700VA, 1000VA and 1500VA strengths.
They have been sold under different

Eaton Powerware 5110 - some stats not reported
The driver will poll the UPS for what variables it supports when it starts, and then go into a polling loop. Look for a section defining the meter map, and you should see the result, as well as the raw data. You can get the comm spec for XCP from the nut site if you want to delve deeper. I'd give more specifics, but am out of town and only working from memory at the moment . . .

Powerware 9125 - bcmxcp - shutdown problem
Hi,
just through setting up nut-2.0.2 I ran into a shutdown problem. As I have
already spend some time on it and don't know any further, I like to ask for
advice.
Situation:
Powerware 9125 serially connected using /dev/cua0
nut compiled and installed fine
system shall
- broadcast a message and shut down if ups on battery for 30+ s
- wait 120 s
- broadcast another message
- give system 120

Poweraware 5115, ttyS0, Ubuntu 6.06.1
Hi all,
I know there are some howto's about Powerware 5115 and Ubuntu, but I can't
still get that thing working.
Can someone give some light...
1. Powerware 5115, serial port (ttyS0)
2. Ubuntu 6.06.1 as LTSP-server
