Generating all possible models from full model
Is there a function that will allow me to run all model iterations if I specify a full model? I am using information criteria to choose between possible candidate models. I have been writing out all possible model combinations by hand, and I am always worried that I am missing models or have made a mistake somewhere. It is also difficult to alter models if I want to change a term. For example,

how to not match partial names
Dear friends, How do I stop partial matching of list names? e.g., x <- list(AAAA="aaaaa", BBBBB="bbbbb") is.null(x$A) #returns FALSE even though there is no element A. if(is.null(x$A)) {result <- x$BBBB} else {result <- x$A} result #is aaaa even though there is no x$A element x <- list(CCCC="aaaaa", BBBBB="bbbbb") if(is.null(x$A))

Centos 6 Sendmail backup MX Config
Hi All, I'm just wanting to check that my understanding of the settings is correct as my web searches are finding a lot of dated information. If I want a Centos 6 sendmail system act as the secondary MX for domain bbbbb.co.uk do I just add a Connect:bbbbb.co.uk RELAY statement into /etc/mail/access and restart sendmail Obviously I have the DNS MX records for the domain are

ADUC - "UNIX Attributes" tab - "Unwilling To Perform"
Thanks Rowland - appreciated. I have checked the ldbsearch result and both groups look to be pretty much exactly the same to me, one of them is shown below (I have sanitised some of the output, replacing parts with 123/a/b/c, but the rest of the output is byte for byte as seen) In the time between posting my original message and checking again just now, however, I have the following additional

MRTG drop/reject hits
I have created shell script for MRTG statistics of droped/rejected packets: ftp://slovakia.shorewall.net/mirror/shorewall/mrtg/ http://slovakia.shorewall.net/pub/shorewall/mrtg/ rsync://slovakia.shorewall.net/shorewall/mrtg/ example: http://slovakia.shorewall.net/pub/shorewall/mrtg/example/ It is not based on /var/log/messages (syslog), but iptables counter. A lot of packets are droped/rejected

[LLVMdev] Issue with instruction decoding / disassembly
I'm currently trying to get llvm-mc --disassemble working for the XCore backend. Up until recently there was no instruction encoding / decoding information on any of the XCore instructions so Im incrementally adding this information at the same time as adding tests for the disassembler. However I've run into a problem and I'm not sure of the best way to solve it. With some of the

Estimating theta for negative binomial model
Dear List, I am trying to do model averaging for a negative binomial model using the package AICcmodavg. I need to use glm() since the package does not accept glm.nb() models. I can get glm() to work if I first run glm.nb and take theta from that model, but is there a simpler way to estimate theta for the glm model? The two models are: mod.nb<-glm.nb(mantas~site,data=mydata)

ADUC - "UNIX Attributes" tab - "Unwilling To Perform"
Hi, I am sure I have come across this before but have previously either ignored it or somehow worked around it. However it has come up again and this time I will try to find out what's going on, hopefully we can fix whatever the issue is. I have a Samba 4.2.2 domain that generally works fine; I have rfc2307 enabled so that I can keep UIDs/GIDs consistent across machines whilst still being

Indeed. @Quentin, what is the status of that patch? Have you been working on it since then? Should I investigate the segfault more and send you a reproducer?

[GlobalISel][AArch64] Toward flipping the switch for O0: Please give it a try!
Hi Quentin, I actually did a run with -mllvm -optimize-regalloc -mllvm -regalloc=greedy over the weekend and the test does pass with that. Haven't measured the compile time though. [GlobalISel][AArch64] Toward flipping the switch for O0: Please give it a try!
Turns out it really is a GlobalISel issue - we eat up too much stack space because all the constants used in the switches are stored on the stack. We need to fix this somehow before changing the default. I'll try to give it a run with Quentin's r299283 on top to see if it helps. Why current mount connection don't close after remove from config and reload?
Well I am only guessing here, but I suspect if icecast works like other daemons reload just reloads the config but doesn't terminate current connections. You probably want /etc/init.d/icecast restart On 15 May 2018 12:35:39 AM NZST, "subscription at nextdial.com.br" <subscription at nextdial.com.br> wrote: >Hello, > >After removing a mount from the xml config

using stepAIC with negative binomial regression - error message help
Dear List, I am having problems running stepAIC with a negative binomial regression model.  I am working with data on manta ray abundance, using 20 predictor variables.  Predictors include variables for location (site), time (year, cos and sin of calendar day, length of day, percent lunar illumination), oceanography (sea surface temp mean and std, sea surface height mean and std), weather (cos

[LLVMdev] Issue with instruction decoding / disassembly
