I failed to package up the Zip and Tar correctly for Radiant 0.5.2. They
each included Rails 1.1.5 instead of 1.1.6. I?ve repackaged the files

Any CMS for Ruby on Rails..
Well i want to make a photography community site on the lines of
www.gfxartist.com , www.terminus1525.ca, www.phirebrush.com
Where the community votes for every subbmission from a artist and can

Processes dying
Hello everybody!
I''m a developer from Germany trying to run RadiantCMS on a Mongrel
and Apache-powered server, and the processes keep dying away.
I''ve been roaming the archives hoping to find a clue to the solution
to my problem, but I didn''t get very far, since mostly the given
environment or error messages don''t match mine.

Testing the flash.now
What''s the best way to test the flash when you use flash#now ? For
example, if I set the flash in my controller:
flash.now[:notice] = ''This will only show up on this action.''
How do I test it? Normally I would do:
assert_equal ''This will only show up on this action.'', flash[:notice]
But this doesn''t seem to work with flash.now.

A challenge from a CMS implementer
Hey guys
RoR evangelists keep telling us that they have the #1 framework for
developing webapps. OK, but show us something that works and is useful
to many people out there. I could be wrong, but it doesn''t seem as if
there is anything that qualifies, as yet?
So I''ve got a little challenge for you: come up with a decent plugin
WYSIWYG visual editor for CMS. There are several

tags similar to XML, but can be used to generate any form of plain text
(HTML, e-mail, etc...).

Handling content pages (CMS-like)
Hello list,
I wonder how you guys handle content pages? Often described as "static"
pages.
However, I don''t like to call them "static" because these pages often do use
some minor dynamic content.
This is what I like to think of as the "website" part of the web
application. Content that does not have complex logic behind it.
I had to handle it in the

A rails CMS
A client has posed me the task of creating a CMS for a customer
facing website using Ruby on Rails.
Are there any such projects already underway? If not, is a basic CMS
going to be too much for one developer to handle? (I can probably
outsource a bit but the budget isn''t massive)
The project is scheduled to last for 3 months and will probably
involve some basic marketing pages,

Content Management System
I am looking for a good CMS based on Rails that has at least these
attributes:
1. Ease of use ( as it will be used by people who are not html literate)
2. Very easy/flexible to change layout.
So far I have looked at
http://rcms.oopen.de/Home/ (have not installed it yet)
http://adminpages.flowdev.de
