stability issues with KVM 82
CentOS Virt,
I'm using Farkas' repository, as I'm sure you've guessed. I seem to be
having stability issues.
The parent distro is CentOS 5.2 patched all the way to current, as well as
centos 5.2 for the KVM virtuals.
I have been having random crashes such that the virtual is non-responsive.
Has anyone else been seeing this?

package "signal", function "filter" (PR#12752)
Full_Name: Jeff Schenck
Version: 2.6.2 (signal v. 0.5)
OS: Windows XP
Submission from: (NULL) (128.107.248.220)
The "filter" function in the package "signal" does not properly handle recursive
filters with only two feedback taps. I looked at the source code in filter.R.
There is a line that says "if (length(a) > 2)" that I think should have ">=".

kmod-kvm-2.6.18-92.1.18.el5-72-1.x86_64.rpm outdated, need on for 2.6.18-92.1.22.el5
CentOS Virt,
I'm looking for an RPM for the kmod-kvm processor specific modules
(kvm-intel or kvm-amd). I've been using L. Farkas's repository, but after
the recent kernel updates, I'm out of luck.
Best Regards,

Problems with qemu-kvm and etherboot-roms-kvm
CentOS-Virt,
I ran into an error attempting to offer two boot options using libvirt with
kvm. I wanted the virtual to first attempt to boot from its "disk" and if
that didn't work, fall back on netboot (we kickstart install). This
argument is "-boot cn".
If the disk you provide is of type IDE this will probably work for you,
unless you use "-drive" with the

Kernel panic: I have no root and I want to scream
Hello,
I'm trying to fix netbooting and I got quit far.
Before this, it reported that it had no root disk, I fixed this by
specifying my initrd. Nou it crys's:
Kernel panic: I have no root and I want to scream
I think I made the mistake whit the creation of the initrd file. What
should I put in it except the /linuxrc.
I put a echo "TEST" in de /linuxrc to see if it runs, in

PXELinux / gPXE no IP by DHCP
Hello everyone
I am experiencing problems with PXELinux/gPXE when netbooting using HTTP.
The problems I encounter:
- When the intel bootROM is sending out a DHCPDISCOVER it might not
recieve an IP address, but the server did send out a OFFER. Capturing
packets reveals the packets have been sent, and the client _should_ have
recieved it.
But when it passes that stage:
- When the gPXE bootROM is

MGCP IADs
Hi,
For MGCP users. Is there any success stories with any MGCP IAD vendor.
I?m trying to find an IAD which works with Asterisk. I?ve tried the
Cisco IAD 2430 without success; but SIP on this IAD works but it?s
limited (no authentication, no notify messages, etc) and with higher
density IAD (16 or more ports) it?s nice to control using MGCP.
Any information will be apreciated !
Thanks.

PXE Hanging
Hi,
I have been trying to boot a PC based terminal using your PXELINUX project
and I am having a problem.
The Terminal (a Netier NetXpress XL2000) has a m-systems Disk-On-Chip 2000
flash memory module which is normally used to boot a cut-down version of
WinNT. I work in a repair department where we often have to open up these
terminals and temporarily install a hard-drive to reflash the
