Hallo, i have a problem to configure shorewall to enable scanning over the network with sane. The scanner is located at the firewall hosts local interface. [LLVMdev] Proposal: floating point accuracy metadata (OpenCL related)
Hi, This is my proposal to add floating point accuracy support to LLVM. The intention is that the frontend may provide metadata to signal to the backend that it may select a less accurate (i.e. more efficient) instruction to perform a given operation. This is primarily a requirement of OpenCL, which specifies that certain floating point operations may be computed inaccurately. Comments

Samba 3.0.22 w2k3 ad+sfu working but ls shows only uidNumber and not uid
Hi Guys, i have a problem getting id mapping to work as it should. My setup is as follows: Samba 3.0.22 on Debian Sarge 3.1 . I 've got SFU 3.5 installed on a W2K3 DC with SP1. I 'm using winbindd in "idmap proxy only" mode. Here 's my generic smb.conf: workgroup = METADS realm = META.XXX.XX "it 's not the real realm, of course !" security = ADS

[PATCH v2 0/5] xl: allow for node-wise specification of vcpu pinning
Hi all, This is the second take of a patch that I submitted some time ago for allowing specifying vcpu pinning taking NUMA nodes into account. IOW, something like this: * "nodes:0-3": all pCPUs of nodes 0,1,2,3;  * "nodes:0-3,^node:2": all pCPUS of nodes 0,1,3;  * "1,nodes:1-2,^6": pCPU 1 plus all pCPUs of nodes 1,2    but not pCPU 6; v1 was a single patch, this is

Email Address verifier--eyes needed...
Folks: I''ve posted a really basic e-mail address verifier to http://wiki.rubygarden.org/Ruby/page/show/VerifyEmailAddress I''d appreciate folks who understand DNS and SMTP having a look at it to see if it looks reasonable. You could comment here or, possibly more usefully, comment on the wiki page itself. Thanks Dave

chopped audio problem
I do use metadate since i need people to see the titles. I use livecast in mixer mode. The chopping starts right away I don't use VBR (I commented it out at least). The mp3's are made with XING audiocatalyst (for windows) so I don't really know. Sorry. [LLVMdev] Parallel Loop Metadata
Hi, Here it is, just synched against the latest LLVM trunk. Shall I commit this now? After committing, it could be worth some planning what is the best way to provide an easy to use mechanism to "refresh" the parallel loop mem access metadata (llvm.mem.parallel_loop_access) after optimizations that do not render the loop to a serial one. Some kind of helper function should be added to
