Count non-zero values in excluding NA Values
Dear R Staff
You can see my data.csv file in the annex.
I try to count non-zero values in dataset but I need to exclude NA in this
calculation
My code is very long (following),
How can I write this code more efficiently and shortly?
## [NA_Count] - Find NA values
data.na =sapply(data[,3:ncol(data)], function(c) sum(length(which(is.na
(c)))))
## [Zero] - Find zero values

ggplot(MLM,aes(x=Individuo)) + geom_bar(aes(y=Observada), stat =
"identity", color= "gray") +

Opus vs AAC (endurance test)
using iTunes i've noticed that AAC is
very good at re-encoding own lossy sound.
let's test Opus!
neroaacenc.exe -q 0.75 -if 000.wav -of 001.m4a
neroaacdec.exe -if 001.m4a -of aac001.wav
wavdiff.exe 000.wav aac001.wav
Comparing 000.wav - aac001.wav...

SQL and R
dear Members,
I have recently started studying SQL and MySQL. My question is, what exactly is SQL used for? That is, whatever can be done by SQL, like subsetting and filtering of data sets, can also be done by R. What's, then, the advantage of SQL? It is OK if you tag this question as offtopic, but I could'nt find any info on the web. Can you please refer me to

Take the maximum of every 12 columns
Thank you for your kind replies. Maybe I was not clear with my question (I
apologize) or I did not understand...
I would like to take the max for X0...X11 and X12...X24 in my dataset. When
I use pmax with the function byapply as in
byapply(df, 12, pmax)
I get back a list which I cannot convert to a dataframe. Am I missing
something? Thanks again!
Sincerely,
Milu

CentOS 8.2 / missing libc++ (libcxx-devel)
Hi community,
In CentOS 7 there is such rpm (libcxx-devel - it seems from EPEL
repository), but in CentOS 8 it isn't.
How is it possible to have it there as RPM? because alternative to build it
(libc++) from sources is a big headache (I need it in order to build v9 and
plv8 projects)
Thanks

When I add recycle bin functionality for a share like below, it work like a charm:

Take the maximum of every 12 columns
Dear all,
I have monthly data in wide format, I am only providing data (at the bottom
of the email) for the first 24 columns but I have 2880 columns in total.
I would like to take max of every 12 columns. I have taken the mean of
every 12 columns with the following code:
byapply <- function(x, by, fun, ...)
{
# Create index list
if (length(by) == 1)
{
nc <- ncol(x)
