Icecast - Jun 2020 - Streams dropping out after 8-12 seconds in Edge, IE

Hi

Is anyone experiencing Icecast streams dropping out after about 8-12 seconds in
Edge or IE? It's fine in Chrome or Firefox. It's also fine in the new
Chromium based Edge.

I have a number of listeners reporting it. It also happens on some of the
streams in the http://dir.xiph.org/ Icecast directory (Alt Rock 97, Wakefield
FM, KBSU, 80s 90s Hit Radio etc.).

Here's one of my stream URLs it's affecting:

It won't even start here in N.Z. in VLC, what's the bitrate? Is it on 
Windows or Linux?
