mozilla-plugin: getting the url of the current web page
Hi,
is there a way to get the current page url from the mozilla plugin?
I've tried to port the gnash implementation
(plugin.cpp nsPluginInstance::getCurrentPageURL()) but firefox dies
because of missing symbols (NPN_GetValue), I see there's some tricks on
reimplementig the npapi but can't understand it.
Any hint?
thanks,
riccardo

[LLVMdev] link-error: different visibilities
When I use llvm-2.5 to compile gnash which is a GNU flash movie player, some
errors appeared as follow:

'_ZNKSt6vectorIN5gnash8geometry7Range2dIfEESaIS3_EE4sizeEv': symbols have

Because the name is mangled, I can't find the exact position of

Gnash 0.8.2 rpm for CentOS 4?
Does anyone know if there is a Gnash rpm available for CentOS 4?
I have tried compiling it myself but run into dependency problems.
I looked here
http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages/gnash/
but there is only 0.8.2 for el5 not el4.

[LAA] RtCheck on pointers of different address spaces.
Hello,
I Have a question related to the RT check on pointers during Loop Access Analysis pass.
There is a testcase with loop code that consist of 4 different memory operations referring two global objects of different address spaces.
One from global constant (address space 4, addr_size = 64) and the other from local, LDS (address space 3, addr_size= 32).
(Details of various address spaces

[LAA] RtCheck on pointers of different address spaces.
Hi Stefanos,
Attached the testcase. I tried to reduce it further, but the problem goes away when I remove the instructions further.
There is a nested loop and the fault occurs while processing the inner loop (for.body)
To reproduce the crash:
opt -O3 testcase.ll -o out.ll

If that’s true, the RT check

EM algorithm in R
Please help me in writing the R code for this problem. I've been solving this
for 4 days. It was hard for me to solve it. It's a simulation problem in R.
The problem is
My true model is a normal mixture which is given as
0.5 N(-0.8,1) + 0.5 N(0.8,1). This model has two components.
I will get a random sample of size 100 from this model. I will do this 300
times.
That means, I will have

Copy data from XP to same app under Wine??
With snarls and curses and gnashing of teeth, I still keep one
laptop and one dual-bootable PC hard drive with XPProSP2 installed.
(Everything else is Fedora 10.)
I do so purely for one class of apps, proprietary map software.
Wine can now install and run at least one, and the most
important, of the four suites of such apps that I have. (That one is
Garmin MapSource, including Topo US

Mappery breakthrough : Garmin topo, vista, rino, under linux & CXO
As most of you know, I've been trying to make GPSs and topo
maps usable under Fedora Core 4 linux, using CrossoverOfficePro (CXO)
5.0.1.
I've belabored nine or ten specialized lists for six or eight
weeks, parcelling out pieces of the problem wherever I hoped they
might arouse interest and knowledge. I've gotten invaluable help and
encouragement from all of them, on the lists

some thoughts about both ffmpeg and gnome
hello
i tried swfdec a year ago and didn't find it suitable. this is why i
now first tried gnash. however, it wants alot of uncommon dependencies
and dumped alot of error messages. this is why i tried taking a second
look at swfdec. im surprised to find that all of my most favourite games
work. only that i have to click on the somewhat blurry "play" image is
quite boring. however,

Fwd: Re: [Olpc-open] XO review & Theora
As far as video playback is concerned, it seems to mostly come down to
how the video is compressed - although Gnash (the open flash player)
still has a ways to go to play flash media as well as the closed source
flash players.
For the Colingo activity and library, we've found it very difficult to
find optimum settings for flash and instead have decided to go with
Theora. We've managed to
