Status OB (on battery) when polling a Liebert PSA
Hi all, This is my first experience with NUT. I'm trying to test a Liebert PSA 1500 UPS, connected via USB to a single PC. I have followed the instruction in the "Configuration" section of the online user manual. Everything seems to be fine, except that, when I run "upsc liebert at localhostups.status", it retuns "OB", even if the UPS is currently online. Here

There is no voltage information
Thanks again. So one more bit (other than indeed different libusb versions) that could potentially come into play is bitness - armv7l builds are 32-bit, right? One idea from here is to have you run the driver programs directly with high debug verbosity, e.g. `usbhid-ups -DDDDDD -s Liebert` to compare the two walls of text (at some debug level it spews byte data seen from libusb); this might

There is no voltage information
Hello all, I think I've found the "regression" in Belkin/Liebert USB HID support which worked for NUT v2.7.4 and reports zero voltages in 2.8.0 -- it was actually caused by a bug fix: practically the only functional difference per `git diff v2.7.4..v2.8.0 drivers/belkin-hid.c` is a change from `abs()` to `fabs()` in order-of-magnitude comparisons like `if( abs(value - 1e-7) <

Vertiv Liebert
Hello, I was able to get the Vertiv/Liebert UPS (Vertiv Liebert PSA5 1500VA 900W - PSA5-1500MT120) to start working with NUT and "usbhid" driver, but would appreciate help to get it to work properly. Here's the output from the "upsc" command for a Cyberpower UPS I have: battery.charge: 100 battery.charge.low: 10 battery.charge.warning: 20 battery.mfr.date: CPS

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread and likely poor formatting - I wasn't subscribed to the list at the time and have copied it out of the archives (http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/nut-upsuser/2010-July/006104.html). I've been unable to locate any further progress on this UPS (Liebert 10af:0001) - a thread from 2009

Vertiv UPS
Hi, I didn't see in the HCL any Vertiv support. The specific unit I'm considering is: ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BYD6RLN) - "Vertiv Liebert PSA5 1500VA 900W line-Interactive UPS with AVR Technology and Battery Backup, 10 outlets and Three-Year, Full Unit Replacement Warranty (PSA5-1500MT120)" Has anyone worked with this (or even UPS from Vertiv) and had success (or

Masterguard/Phoenixtec USB driver
Hello again. Back in the day (2007) I wrote a USB-capable driver for my Masterguard/Phoenixtec UPSes (in case you locally archived this list, this very mail is a reply to a rather long thread from then), which I used ever since. However, the world has been going on since then and I need to get away with the old 2.0.4 binaries currently in use. These boxes (I use two A3000-19 and two A700-19) are

[ANNOUNCE] xwayland 23.1.99.901 (aka Xwayland 23.2.0 rc1)
As per the schedule, I am pleased to announce the first release candidate of the standalone Xwayland 23.2.0 release (Xwayland 23.2.0 rc1). Testing of this release candidate would be

proposal for WRE: clarify that use of S4 classes implies use of superclasses
If a package has importClassesFrom(P, C) in its NAMESPACE, then should it _also_ have importClassesFrom(P, <superclasses of C exported from P>) importClassesFrom(Q, <superclasses of C exported from Q>) ## and so on ... ? I think that WRE could be more clear on this point, and in any case I _think_ that the answer is yes. Notably, I think that this rule would
